1. O presente Programa visa a celebração do contrato referente à “AQUISIÇÃO DE EMULSÃO BETUMINOSA ECM-2 E DE BETUME 160/220, EM REGIME DE FORNECIMENTO CONTINUO”, de acordo com as especificidades e características técnicas definidas no Caderno de Encargos. 2. Os bens objeto do presente concurso são classificados com o código 44113610– Betumes, de acordo com a nomenclatura de referência dada pelo vocabulário comum dos contratos públicos (CPV), indicados no anexo I ao Regulamento (CE) n.º 213/2008, da Comissão, publicado no JOUE n.º L 74, de 15 de março de 2008.
