Poland – Financial consultancy services – Announcement related to Request for Information (RFI) - Financial Advisory services and ESG advisory services

Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: PEJ) is responsible for preparing and implementing the investment process for the construction of the Poland’s first nuclear power plant (NPP1). The planned facility will have the total capacity of up to 3750 Mwe and will be located in the municipality of Choczewo at the Lubiatowo-Kopalino site (herein-after: Project). PEJ plans to engage 1. Financial and 2. ESG ( i.e. Environmental, Social, Governance) Advi-sor for the purpose of securing debt financing for the construction of a nuclear power plant. The primary purpose of this RFI is to collect general market information about suitably qualified 1. Financial and 2. ESG advisory providers (hereinafter: Contractors) being able to deliver aforementioned services provided at the company's request. Potential Contractors may, in response to this RFI, indicate their experience in the provision of Financial advisory services or in the provision of ESG advisory services, or in both areas. Services may be commissioned until December 31, 2029.
