Description

Harstad municipality and Hålogaland Council (later referred to as contracting authorities), needs consultancy services in connection with the contracting authority's work to strengthen the Regional Centre's business, town and residential activities. Consultancy services shall be able to contribute to the contracting authority with project and process management, company contact and network, development work, review work, and application writing in areas, but not limited to transport and businesses in the region.
