Harstad Havn KF invites tenderers to an open tender contest for mooring services (Linesmen) for foot-eye and loose throwing. Tenderers must have good competence for mooring everything from freighters, offshore, cruice, tankers and naval vessels on all quay sections operated by Harstad Harbour KF.
