The user of the framework agreement is The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency and the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has an option to join the framework agreement that uses. Structural and/or organisational changes connected to each user can occur and may result in new or merged entities. As long as the new or merged unit originates from the listed user in this point, these shall be seen as a user of the Framework Agreement.
