Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Finance and Management (OKF) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue. Deadline for feedback: 10 February 2026 (12:00). Responses to the market dialogue are requested to be received in Word and PDF format and submitted via KGV (Artifik). About the Contracting Authority   Oslo municipality is one of Norway's largest employers with approx. 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approx. NOK 52 billion. Each entity itself makes the orders/call-offs it needs in the area covered by the agreement.
