Intention notice for awarding of contract without competition notice The Norwegian National Opera and Ballet (DNO&B) hereby announces our intention to award a contract for the procurement of a "chain hoist" without a competition notice, in accordance with the basic principles of the Procurement Act (LOA) §4. As the value of the procurement is below the national threshold, the Contracting Authority complies with the Act's transparency and verifiability requirement by publishing this intention notice. The procurement will be carried out without a prior competition, pursuant to PPR § 13-4 letter b2, due to technical reasons. This means that there is only one supplier who is able to provide the necessary services and there are no other alternatives available on the market. The total value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. Sales tax. The contracting authority will not enter into a contract with the tenderer until 10.03.26 at the earliest. The framework agreement will be based on a one-time procurement. Description of the procurement The existing pulley for the centre speaker will be taken out of operation in connection with supplier changes. At the same time the hydraulics connected to the hydraulic brake are removed. As a replacement, the procurement and installation of a chain hoist with double chain is planned, designed to prevent rotation of the loudspeaker during operation. The hoist shall be delivered with an operation panel with integrated emergency stop function, as well as lockable maintenance switch. The hoist shall meet the following requirements: * Double chain routing * Double brakes * Double end switches * Certification for hanging loads over persons in accordance with DGUV V17 and EN 17206 * Security level: SIL3 Technical specifications: * Capacity: 500 kg * Speed: 0.05 m/s * Travel length: 24 m * Integrated weighing cell
