The purpose of this RFI is to gather information about the market and potential solutions to assess the project's feasibility, conditions, budget, and timeline. For further information regarding this RFI, please refer to the attached documents in the Mercell portal. NDMA request that requested information is submitted via Mercell no later than 8 March 2026 23:59 CET.
