Norway – Electron microscopes – ANSK-25-0606 Field emission scanning electroscope (FESEM)

Description

The University of Bergen intends to procure a field emission scanning electroscope (FESEM) for use in geosciences, material research and life sciences. The system shall combine high image quality, robust micro-analytical properties and user friendliness. See Annex 01 for further information.
