The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA), c/o the Norwegian Armed Forces University College (FHS), plans to procure a framework agreement for mountain courses for the Military Academy's cadets. We need to carry out a market survey for this. The market survey shall give us a better knowledge basis for further work on the procurement.
