The branch shall provide the fence basis that can be tested for whether and possibly cross country, Vestland county can organise the operation of bus routes for buses in some of the limited contract area in an own generator with the aim of: • take up resource utilisation • many officers in the industry/competition. • flexibility in investment and operation The information shall also highlight the consequences for the county, say, management/administration and financial risk for a model where eigenregi/hybrid can run parallel to the tender in the other contract area. The implementation shall provide a fence basis that can be tested, and that and tek high for realistic time frame for political decisions and implementation (organisation, recruitment and any transfer of works), before a concludes on what route package is eigna and feasible as a pilot for eigenregi. The branches are limited to include buses in the area. The hosts are therefore limited to the execution of a express boat, ferry and light rail system. The assignment is not limited to the Bergen area. A plan for a tender contest for the bus contracts in Bergen is being developed and Skyss must ensure operation through the announcement of new competitions. It is therefore considered deceiving to limit the mandate to the Bergen area in time. Route pacts in the Bergen area shall be considered as candidates, but the assignment shall be based on realistic timeframes for political decisions and implementation, so that the adjoining candidates have practical feacision within relevant contract operations. The information can apply to other route pacts if this gives consideration to the decision value in accordance with the time/extent/risk. The assignment is divided into two fasar Phase 0 and Phase 1 PHASE 0: Comprises two sub-deliveries (L0A) and (L0B) and political steering points (SP0) inside the phase, where the contracting authority can adjust the scope and possibly limit additional work with alternative models to reduce complexity. The administration has estimated phases 0 to be between 500 and 900 timar depending on data access, caseval and scope of organisation and material management. PHASE 1:
