Norway – Cleaning services – Cleaning services in HK-dir ́s premises in Bergen.

The competition is for the provision of cleaning services in the premises of the Directorate for Higher Education and Competence location Bergen, Nonnesetergaten 4, 5015 Bergen. The premises of the HK-dir in Bergen, approx. 1830 m2, newly renovated in summer 2026 and shall be an attractive place to work for employees and visitors. This agreement shall ensure satisfactory cleaning and maintenance of the premises. The agreement shall ensure that the premises are of good standard, have as few negative effects as possible on the outer environment and that the premises with surfaces and fixtures maintain their functionality and quality. Furthermore, the contract shall ensure that any manufacturer requirements with regard to maintaining guarantees and performance for surfaces, as well as compliance with the authorities' requirements. The contracting authority is holding an open tender contest with the intention of entering into a cleaning contract with one tenderer, in order to cover the need for cleaning services in our office premises at Nonnesetergaten 4 in Bergen.
