Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Nye Modumheimen - Procurement of architect, landscape architect, interior architect and responsible applicant.

Nye Modumheimen comprises a new extension to the welfare centre Modumheimen in Modum municipality. The building shall house a short-term department for rehabilitation, observation, respite care, municipal emergency 24 hour units and palliative care, day activity offer for persons with dementia, café and meeting place, "one door in" for preventive services, central kitchen and competence and training areas. In addition 16 to 24 residential units shall be co-located for elderly persons with connection to manpower. This procurement concerns architect services within architecture, landscape architecture and interior architecture, as well as responsible applicant, for the concept phase. The concept phase shall clarify the form and location of a new building on the site and connection to the existing buildings. The contract includes an option for a continuation to Phase 1, the preliminary project in cooperation with the turnkey contractor, and an option for continuation to Phase 2, detailed engineering design services and follow-up in the construction phase. When the options are taken up, the assignment will be transported to the partnering contractor.
