Netherlands – Electron microscopes – Two high end cryogenic TEMs

Description

Utrecht University and Leiden University intend to award the contracts concerning the delivery, installation, and maintenance of two Krios 5 TEMs for research within the EMPower roadmap project, a collaboration between Utrecht University and Leiden University directly to FEI Europe BV.
