Het betreft de levering en implementatie van alle programmatuur, bijbehorende gebruiksrechten en dienstverlenings-componenten voor een telefonieoplossing, bestaande uit één of meerdere geïntegreerde applicaties. De oplossing betreft oa 20 piket gebruikers, 20 CX gebruikers, 2 CX supervisors, 535 mobiele aansluitingen en 40 mobiele data aansluitingen.
