De aanbesteding gaat samengevat over het leveren, implementeren en koppelen van planningsoftware. Voor het Operationeel (projectplanning, capaciteitsplanning en roosteren) integraal (hoofdnet aanleg, onderhoudstaken, storingstaken, aanleg aansluitingen en meterkastwerk) plannen van het werk van de netbeheerder Enexis. Van zachte planning, naar harde planning 0.8 naar 0.9 naar 1.0 definitieve harde planning van personeel, materialen en diensten.
