De Rijksoverheid is voornemens om een Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) in te stellen voor de levering van Standaardprogrammatuur. Dit Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) is bedoeld voor gangbare aankopen en het economisch voordelig aanschaffen van (uitbreidingen op) bestaande- en nieuwe Standaardprogrammatuur ten behoeve van het ministerie van Defensie (MinDef).
