Werkcentrum ZKIJ behoefte aan structurele ondersteuning bij communicatiestrategie, -advies, -uitvoering en productie van -middelen en -activiteiten. De website van het Werkcentrum vormt de basis van (bijna alle) communicatieactiviteiten. Er is op basis van de verwachte werkzaamheden in totaal 800 uur ingeschat, waaronder technisch beheer contentmanagement website (300 uur) ondersteuning (500 uur) van 1 communicatiestrategie en advies, 2 communicatieactiviteiten, 3 thema campagne en rapportage,
