Marktselectieprocedure middels TenderNed voor het vinden van ontwikkelaars van kavels Purmerland 42 A-A en 44. Deze voormalige dorpshuis en brandweerkazerne in het hart van Purmerland wil de gemeenteraad laten herontwikkelen ten behoeve van permanente woningbouw. Sloop van het voormalig Dorphuis en ombouw brandweerkazerne en realisatie van maximaal 15 appartementen.
