Description

Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding voor de integrale ontwerpopdracht (Total Engineering) voor de nieuwbouw van de Mariaschool (ca. 3.220 m² BVO) en een gymzaal (ca. 450 m² BVO) in Den Hoorn. De opdracht omvat architectuur, constructie, installatietechniek, bouwfysica en terreininrichting inclusief de integratie van kinderopvang. Er wordt gewerkt in BIM conform de Basis ILS met een hoog ambitieniveau op het gebied van duurzaamheid (BENG/ENG en Frisse Scholen Klasse B/A). Het taakstellend bouwkostenbudget is vastgesteld op € 9.500.000,- inclusief BTW op prijspeil 2026, met een beoogde ingebruikname in 2029. Onderwijs gebouw ca 3.220 m² BVO Gymzaal: ca. 450 m² BVO Terrein n.t.b.
