De Hogeschool van Amsterdam is voornemens het Tania Leonhuis op de Gezondheidscampus in Amsterdam te renoveren en met nieuwbouw uit te breiden. De totale bouwopgave van 16.700 m2 bvo bestaat uit 10.725 m2 bvo nieuwbouw en 5.975 m2 bvo renovatie van het bestaande gebouw. Het werk voor de nieuwbouw en renovatie van het Tania Leonhuis wordt in de volgende twee percelen verdeeld: + Perceel 1: Bouwkundige werken; + Perceel 2: Technische installaties.
