The Budapest Government Office is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the maintenance, repair, and legally mandated inspections of various climate control and ventilation systems. These include split air conditioners, liquid chillers, fan coils, and ventilation equipment located in properties managed or operated by the buyer. The estimated net value of the contract is 75,000,000 HUF. The framework agreement is valid for 12 months. However, it will terminate early if the total net amount is fully utilized before the deadline. The buyer commits to purchasing up to 70 percent of the total framework amount. Bidding is open to qualified service providers.
