Travaux d’installations HVAC et sanitaires, comprenant le château, l’auberge de jeunesse et le Försterhaus. • chaufferie à pellets d’une puissance totale de 300 kW. • installations de chauffage comprenant environ 2’350 m de réseaux, environ 80 radiateurs ainsi qu’un chauffage par le sol d’environ 310 m² avec près de 3’300 m de tubes. • plusieurs installations de ventilation avec récupération de chaleur. • installations sanitaires complètes comprenant environ 2’500 m de réseaux. • travaux de régulation, d’automatisation, d’équilibrage, d’essais, de mise en service ainsi que l’établissement des dossiers de récolement.
