This is a prior information notice ONLY in relation to identifying suitable service providers to carry out the following services: "ARISE: Adaptive Resilience and Inclusive Strategies for Europe’s Structurally Declining Territories" aiming to generate territorial evidence on how cohesion and resilience can be sustained in European regions facing persistent low growth, demographic contraction and limited prospects for renewed expansion.
