AirNav Ireland is seeking a fully hosted online assessment platform to support Stage 2 of the Student Controller Programme (SCP). This stage involves assessing ab initio (entry level) candidates using aviation specific aptitude tests and psychometric profiling. The goal is to identify applicants with the strongest potential to succeed in ATCO training and future operational roles. The solution should reflect best practice used by European ANSPs and must operate in a fully GDPR compliant manner
