IDA Ireland requires the provision of Procurement Specialist Services to support and manage its ongoing non-property procurement needs. IDA Ireland uses a devolved procurement system in which budget holders are responsible for managing their own procurement activities. Procurement support is necessary to ensure budget holders can conduct their procurement processes in accordance with compliance requirements
