Trócaire head office invites tenders for the provision of two global Learning and development programmes- 1. Leading Self, for all employees and 2. Leading People, for all people managers. The purpose of this assignment is to design and deliver two learning programmes that build leadership capability at different levels of the organisation, with a strong focus on self awareness, adaptability, and navigating change.
