Single Stage Process for Departmental funding is to be used, for a proposed project which will be Design and Build for Social Housing Scheme at - DUBLIN ROAD, THURLES, CO. TIPPERARY, E41 Y5D4 - for 37 No. social housing units (subject to change) depending on site conditions and proposed designs from the architect led design team of what is feasible for this site.
