Usluga nadogradnje OOTS platforme (Once-Only Technical System) u svrhu izdavanja PuB-EAA potvrda atributa obuhvaća usluge analize, projektiranja, implementacije, integracije, testiranja i puštanja u rad nadogradnji postojeće OOTS platforme te povezivanja nacionalnih registara i e-usluga na OOTS platformu, u opsegu potrebnom za uspostavu i funkcioniranje hrvatskog ekosustava EUDI lisnice.
