Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les travaux d'entretien et de réfection tous corps d'état des logements après départ des locataires sur le patrimoine de Plaine Commune Habitat. Les corps d'état concernés par cet accord-cadre sont les suivants : sols, peinture, électricité, plomberie, chauffage, menuiserie, miroiterie, serrurerie, amiante sous-section 4, débarras. Le contenu de cette mission est plus précisément décrit au C.C.T.P. commun aux trois lots du présent accord-cadre.
