La consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché de conception réalisation relatif à : - Démolition de l'existant - 20 000m² de SDP soit environ 300 logements en construction neuve : 100 logements collectifs en locatif social, 135 logements en locatif intermédiaires, 65 logements en Bail réel solidaire et environ 300 stationnements en sous-sol - Réhabilitation du patrimoine existant : 56 logements au sein de 12 bâtiments
