La CONSTRUCTION D'UNE PLATEFORME AGRO-ALIMENTAIRE DE RECHERCHE ET DEVELOPPEMENT AXEE SUR LA CONSERVATION ET LA TRANSFORMATION DES AGRORESSOUCES LOCALES A SAINT PIERRE et qui se décompose en deux opérations financées dans le cadre du financement sur fond européen : FEDER - fiche action 1.1.1 du PO2021-2027 Les travaux se décomposent en deux opérations financières : - Opération 01 - Postes non éligibles : Déconstruction et reconstruction du Hangar F (y compris travaux complémentaires) - Opération 02 - Postes éligibles : Travaux de construction d'une Halle Agroalimentaire (infrastructure, superstructure, VRD, aménagement paysagé, équipements hors mobilier de bureaux), y compris places de stationnement et hangar de compostage L'appel d'offre de l'OPERATION 2 phase 2 : construction de la Halle agroalimentaire comprenant infrastructure, superstructure, VRD, aménagement paysagé, équipements hors mobilier de bureaux) sera lancé dans un second temps.
