Le projet consiste en la construction d'un foyer d'hébergement non médicalisé. Le Foyer est agréé pour accueillir, héberger et accompagner 30 résidents. Il s'agit de personnes en situation de handicap avec parfois des troubles associés, présentant une autonomie limitée à très limitée et travaillant en ESAT.
