La présente consultation porte sur la conclusion d'accords-cadres relatifs à la conception et à la production d'événements du Festival SERIES MANIA, principal festival international entièrement dédié aux séries. Les prestations ont pour objectif d'accompagner la conception, la production et la mise en oeuvre de plusieurs événements majeurs du Festival, dans le respect des exigences artistiques, techniques, organisationnelles et environnementales portées par SERIES MANIA. La consultation est décomposée en trois lots : Lot 1 : Conception et production d'une exposition temporaire au Village du Festival by Crédit Mutuel ; Lot 2 : Conception et production des soirées d'ouverture et de clôture ; Lot 3 : Conception et production de la Fête professionnelle.
