La présente consultation a pour objet de désigner un AMO qui sera en charge de la réalisation du bilan et de l’évaluation finale du plan d’action biodiversité (PAB) des îles Éparses, plan de gestion environnemental des îles Eparses, 5ème district des Terres australes et antarctiques françaises (TAAF).
