L'accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture, le paramétrage et la maintenance d'une solution de gestion locative et patrimoniale intégrée pour la SEMISAP, bailleur social situé à Salon-de-Provence (13300). L'accord-cadre est divisé en deux parties : la mise en place du logiciel (BUILD) et l'exploitation du logiciel (RUN).
