Description

Cette consultation a pour objet la formation professionnelle scindée en 4 lots. Accord cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande avec seuil maximum de commandes en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot constituant un accord-cadre conclu pour une durée initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification, reconductible 4 fois par période de 12 mois. Seuil maximum de commande Période initiale : Lot 1 : 130 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 : 150 000 euro(s) HT Lot 3 : 50 000 euro(s) HT Lot 4 : 50 000 euro(s) HT Pour chaque période de reconduction : Lot 1 : 130 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 : 150 000 euro(s) HT Lot 3 : 50 000 euro(s) HT Lot 4 : 50 000 euro(s) HT Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
