Le présent marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprend les éléments de mission APS / APD / PRO / AMT / VISA (EXE1+VISA+SYN) / DET /AOR ainsi que la mission OPC conformément aux dispositions des articles R2431-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est estimé à 1 650 000 euro(s) HT (en valeur Mois M0 du marché de maitrise d'oeuvre). Pour information, les prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre (début des études) débuteraient pour le 2e semestre 2026. Les travaux devront débuter pour le 2e semestre 2027. La durée prévisionnelle d'exécution des travaux est estimée à 18 mois
