Marché de MOE portant réhabilitation de 29 logements sociaux, 2 locaux commerciaux et 2 locaux professionnels au 3 avenue Secrétan 75019 PARIS. Le projet sera soumis à la RE2020. Performances environnementales visées : - Plan climat - Performance selon faisabilité thermique à réaliser - Certification BEE Rénovation Paris 180 ou 130 points - Label Effinergie selon faisabilité thermique à réaliser Le label BBCA rénovation sera également à rechercher (niveaux de performances possibles à étudier par la moe lors de la phase DIAGNOSTIC / Faisabilité)
