Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le marché confié à l'Entrepreneur ou au Groupement d'Entreprises, ci-après dénommé le « titulaire », au titre du présent marché, a pour objet la réalisation, conformément aux prescriptions contractuelles, des travaux tels que décrits au CCTP. Si l'opération s'inscrit dans une démarche environnementale, le titulaire doit se conformer en tout point aux prescriptions environnementales définies dans les pièces du marché, et désigner en son sein un responsable « Habitat et Environnement »
