L'acheteur, Colmar Agglomération, agit en tant que coordonnateur d'un groupement de commandes constitué entre la Ville de Colmar et Colmar Agglomération. La consultation est allotie en 7 lots : Lot 1 : Peintures bâtiment et revêtements Lot 2 : Produits métalliques Lot 3 : Matériaux en bois Lot 4 : Serrures Lot 5 : Quincaillerie Lot 6 : Chauffage - Sanitaire Lot 7 : Electricité Chaque lot constituera un accord-cadre. Le candidat peut postuler à un ou plusieurs lots
