Description

De conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 28 de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público por la que se transponen al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014 (B.O.E. n º 272, de 9 de noviembre de 2017) (en adelante LCSP), se hace constar que el objeto del contrato, es absolutamente necesario para el normal funcionamiento del Servicio de Hostelería del Hospital Universitario de Badajoz, por cuanto se considera complementario de la actividad asistencial. Los aparatos elevadores objeto de la presente contratación, son equipos obsoletos, con reiteración de averías recurrentes, por lo que se propone la renovación integral de los mismos
