Ο διαγωνισμός θα διενεργηθεί σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στον ν. 4412/2016 (ΦΕΚ Α’ 148/08.08.2016) και στον ν. 3389/2005 (ΦΕΚ Α’ 232/22.09.2005). Η διαδικασία ανάθεσης περιλαμβάνει 2 φάσεις: Την A’ Φάση (προεπιλογή) και τη Β’ Φάση, η οποία διακρίνεται περαιτέρω σε επιμέρους στάδια, ήτοι Στάδιο Β.Ι (Διάλογος) και Στάδιο Β.ΙΙ (Υποβολή Προσφορών).
