Die IT-Aus- und Fortbildung NRW bietet ein zentrales Schulungsangebot zu IT- und Digitalisierungsthemen für die Landesverwaltung NRW an. Auftraggeber des Fortbildungsprogramms ist der Beauftragte der Landesregierung NRW für Informationstechnik (CIO). Ziel ist die Unterstützung der Landesbeschäftigten den digitalen Wandel kompetent zu bewältigen. Das Angebot umfasst modulare Bildungspfade sowie ein offenes Seminarprogramm. Jährlich werden rund 650 Seminare zu etwa 200 Themen durchgeführt. Zusätzlich wird in diesem Rahmen die Aufstiegsfortbildung Bachelor Professional durch die IT-Aus- und Fortbildung organisatorisch abgewickelt
