Das Max-Planck-Institut für molekulare Physiologie beabsichtigt die Beschaffung eines hochauflösenden Plasma-FIB Rasterelektronenmikroskopsystems einschließlich kundenspezifischer wissenschaftlicher Konfiguration, Softwareintegration, Installation und Inbetriebnahme für volumetrische Elektronenmikroskopie (vEM) und cryo-vEM-Anwendungen. Das System dient der Durchführung hochauflösender volumetrischer Elektronenmikroskopie und der Integration in bestehende wissenschaftliche Workflow- und Kryo-EM-Infrastrukturen des Instituts.
