Description

Auf dem Flurstück 240/2 ist im südwestlichen Grundstücksabschnitt des Campusgeländes der Grundschule Pampow der Neubau einer Zweifeld-Sporthalle geplant. Das Flurstück ist Teil des Bebauungsplanes Nr. 8 „Bahnhofstraße“ und planungsrechtlich als Mischgebiet ausgewiesen. Die Planung der Zweifeldhalle bildet den Auftakt für die Neuordnung des gesamten Schul- Campusgeländes. Mit der zweigeschossigen Gliederung der Fassaden wird eine flexible Grundordnung und Maßstäblichkeit für die noch folgende Bebauung eingeleitet. Die bestehende Sporthalle soll in diesem Zuge zurückgebaut werden.
