Description

Mit dem Umbau und der Sanierung des Studierendenwohnhauses im Plauener Weg 8 am Campus in Erfurt sollen 230 Wohnplätze grundlegend saniert werden. Zudem ist eine Gebäudeaufstockung geplant für die Schaffung zusätzlicher Wohnplätze für die Studierenden. Nach ThürBO 2014 § 50 werden die Wohnungen barrierefrei ausgeführt.
