Das neue Gebäude hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 1.320 m², bestehend aus Kellergeschoss (teilunterkellert), Erdgeschoss, Obergeschoss 1 und Obergeschoss 2 (Technikzentrale) und wird am verbliebenen Bestandsgebäude angeordnet. Sämtliche elektrischen Anlagen werden neu installiert.
