Objektplanung gem. Par. 34 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9. Für das neu zu gründende Gymnasium Am Südpark in der Drygalski-Allee 2 soll eine Interim-Pavillonanlage (MRE) mit Mensa und Außenanlagen für ein im Endzustand 4-zügiges Gymnasium errichtet werden. Gebäudedaten: BGF: ca. 11.500 m²; BRI: ca. 42.000 m³; 3 Geschosse. Geplante Nutzungsaufnahme: Schuljahr 2027/2028.
