In den Sanierungsbauteilen des Stadthauses Paderborn (Gebäude A–C, BGF = 8.760 m², BRI = 20.500 m³, 3 Vollgeschosse) sollen Betoninstandsetzungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden: ca. 1.600 Stück lokale Schadstellen unterschiedlicher Größe, ca. 30 m² Klein- und Einzelflächen einer Bimshohlsteindecke, 11 Stützenfüßen / ca. 20 lfm Wandsockel, Aufbringen von ca. 320 m² Spritzmörtel, ca. 15 lfm Rissverpressung, ca. 4 m² Sanierung von Stahlträgern
